Improving Training Quality of Vietnam Private Universities: A Case of Lac Hong University in the Context the International Integration (Published)

The objective of the study is to analyze the key factors affecting the training quality of Lac Hong University in order to meet the context of international integration in Vietnam. Based research results, the researcher has the managerial implications for improving the training quality of Lac Hong University (LHU) in Dong Nai province. This is one of the most important roles to develop LHU and enhance the measurement scale as well as the theoretical model illustrated to the relationship between the key factors and the training quality. The official quantitative studied with a sample of 500 students studying at LHU. The data collected from June 2016 to May 2018 and random sampling technique. The Data analyzed Cronbach’s Alpha and the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) which used for multilinear regression. The tested results have the key factors affecting the training quality of Lac Hong University with significance level 0.01 based on 475 samples and 25 samples lacked information.

Literature Review of the Environment Affecting Logistics Services and Supply Chain Management: A Case of Three Provinces in Vietnam (Published)

The objective of this article is to review the external-internal environment affecting logistics services and its implications and how logistics services influences supply chain management. The researchers surveyed 450 enterprise managers who are using the logistics services and answered 15 questions. The primary sources of data collected from December 2017 to May 2018 in Ho Chi Minh city, Dong Nai province and Ba Ria – Vung Tau province. Simple random sampling technique is from 450 enterprise managers related to logistics (each province is 150 samples). The data adapted questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale: Conventions: 1: Completely disagree, 2: Disagree, 3: Normal; 4: Agree; 5: completely agree. Hard copy distributed among 12.000 enterprise managers. In addition, the results of the study have the external-internal factor of logistics services and supply chain management based on Mean value and Std. Deviation.

Studying the Training Quality and Students’ Satisfaction towards the Fourth Industrial Revolution: A Case of Lac Hong University (Published)

The 4.0 Industrial revolution has grown tremendously throughout the world affecting all sectors and fields of social life. Besides, the training of knowledge and skills for employees is also very different. Previously, LHU trained in-depth technical a branch, but now the boundaries between the branches are becoming increasingly blurred and interdisciplinary tendencies have become associated with information technology becoming popular. Therefore, the article objective is to study the training quality and students’ satisfaction towards the industry 4.0 at Lac Hong University, Dong Nai province, Vietnam. The research results surveyed 400 students who are studying at LHU and answered 20 questions. The primary sources of data collected from July 2017 to March 2018 at LHU and simple random sampling technique. Hard copy distributed among 7.000 students of LHU. In addition, the researchers have statically results about the training quality and students’ satisfaction.

The Determinants Affecting the Customs Risk Management (Crm) in Dong Nai Province (Published)

In modern customs management, the application of risk management (RM) is considered to be important. The customs risk management can identify the key areas of potential high risk of smuggling, trade fraud, tax evasion and budget deficits so that customs administrations can take effective preventive measures. At the same time, it will create favorable conditions for enterprises to obey customs law. The objective of this study is to find out various factors affecting the customs risk management (CRM) in Dong Nai province. Data surveyed 200 managers of enterprises related to Dong Nai customs. The surveying time is from 9/2017 to 3/2018. Data processed by SPSS 20.0 and method used by the multiple linear regression analysis. The research results showed there are three key factors that affecting the customs risk management (CRM) in Dong Nai province with level significance 5 percent.

The Researching of the Industry 4.0 Affecting the Efficiency of the Logistics Management in Vietnam (Published)

In Vietnam, the industrial revolution 4.0 (Industry 4.0) is on the onset and will affect all socio-economic sectors, while completely transforming the current production and management system. Industry 4.0 can give the Vietnamese economy a rare opportunity to break through and Vietnam is actively preparing for this opportunity, especially the logistics management. Besides, the growth of IT poses opportunities and challenges for logistics. As internet retailing increases, the companies are accepting orders from their clientele across the borders. The competences of staff and staff skills have been found to influence the efficiency of logistics performance in different industries. It is nowadays crucial to understand the importance of logistics both in the levels of the individual firm and the total economy. The study results had 200 the managers of enterprises who interviewed and answered about 13 questions. Data collected from July 2016 to December 2017 and analyzed KMO test, Cronbach’s Alpha and the result of KMO analysis which used for multiple regression analysis. Managers’ responses measured through an adapted questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale. The results showed that there were three factors, which included of factors following human resource (HR), economic environment (EE), information technology (IT) with significance level 5 percent. In addition, all of three components affecting the efficiency of the logistics management with significance level 5 percent. The research results processed from SPSS 20.0 software.

The Reliability Statistics of the Essential Factors Affecting A Successful Start-Up in Vietnam (Published)

In Vietnam, never the phrase “Start-up” is mentioned as much as in recent days. It’s like an impulse to act from a practical need. The year of 2016 was also chosen by the Government as the Year of Start-up. That is the good sign as the leaf spring newspapers. The core point when it comes to the spirit of starting a country and starting a business or individual is to think creatively and ceaselessly of the nation as well as of every individual and enterprise. Starting a business and continuous creative energy with a sense of fortitude is one of the key motivations for nation, enterprises and individuals to thrive if they do not want to a successful Start-up in Vietnam. The objective of the study is to test the reliability statistics of the key factors which affecting a successful startup in Vietnam. There were 200 managers of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) interviewed and answered about 13 questions. Data collected from April 2017 to November 2017 for managers of SMEs. The paper had been analyzed Cronbach’s Alpha testing and the result of Cronbach’s Alpha analysis which used for multiple regression analysis (next research). Managers’ responses measured through an adapted questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale (Conventions: 1: Completely disagree, 2: Disagree, 3: Normal; 4: Agree; 5: completely agree). Hard copy and online questionnaire distributed among 100.000 managers in Vietnam. The research results processed from SPSS 20.0 software.

Motivational Factors Affecting the Staffs’ Job Satisfaction of the Public Organizations in Dong Nai Province (Published)

Nowadays, staffs’ job satisfaction is a key element of general satisfaction which gives employees energy to perform and continue his job adequately. Job satisfaction regulates the peace of mind, foster relaxation that leads to more enthusiasm and more innovative work. It gives the clear picture of completeness and accomplishment emanating from his work, a feeling which has nothing to do with money but a feeling of relief that the employee gets out of the work itself. The study results showed that there were 200 staffs related to the public organizations in Dong Nai province who interviewed and answered about 21 questions but 159 staffs processed. Data collected from July 2016 to November 2017 for the staffs of the public organizations in Dong Nai province. The paper had been analyzed KMO test, Cronbach’s Alpha and the result of KMO analysis which used for multiple regression analysis. Staffs’ responses of the public organizations measured through an adapted questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale (Conventions: 1: Completely disagree, 2: Disagree, 3: Normal; 4: Agree; 5: completely agree). Hard copy and online questionnaire distributed among 1.000 the staffs of the public organizations in Dong Nai province. In addition, the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) results showed that there were five factors affecting the staffs’ job satisfaction of the public organizations in Dong Nai province with significance level 5 percent. The Industry 4.0 Factor Affecting The Service Quality of Commercial Banks in Dong Nai Province (Published)

Vietnam has favorable conditions for access to join the 4.0 industrial revolution (Industry 4.0). Vietnam has a young population structure, most of them live in rural areas but the level of education and access to new technology services by Vietnamese people is quite high compared to other countries in the world. The percentage of people using mobile phones is also high, with more than one mobile subscriber per capita. In that context, the banking service quality sector in general as well as the payment sector in particular has witnessed the strong impact from Industry 4.0, together with the introduction of a number of new technology applications. In the field of finance – banking (Fintech); Commercial banks have brought many opportunities and challenges for the banking industry, including payment operations in Vietnam. The study results showed that there were 200 staffs related to commercial banks who interviewed and answered about 9 questions. Data collected from July 2016 to July 2017 for the staffs of commercial banks in Dong Nai province. The paper had been analyzed KMO test, Cronbach’s Alpha and the result of KMO analysis which used for multiple regression analysis. Bank staffs’ responses measured through an adapted questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale (Conventions: 1: Completely disagree, 2: Disagree, 3: Normal; 4: Agree; 5: completely agree). Hard copy and online questionnaire distributed among 50.000 the staffs of commercial banks in Vietnam. In addition, the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) results showed that there were two factors, which included of factors following: Industry 4.0 human resources (X1) and Industry 4.0 network security (X2) with significance level 5 percent. In addition, all of two components affecting the service quality of commercial banks with significance level 5 percent. The research results processed from SPSS 20.0 software.

Recommendations Developing the Internet Banking Services Of Commercial Banks in Ho Chi Minh City (Published)

Over the past years, the banking and finance sector in Vietnam has seen strong changes. The scale and network of commercial banks have been expanded more quickly. The number of customers using internet banking services has also increased. Besides, the strong penetration of information and communication technologies into the finance and banking sector has recently created new hi-tech products and services such as payment services by Internet. The benefits of electronic banking are enormous thanks to fast, accurate and secure. Along with the trend of using ATM cards, in the last few years, Internet banking has been developed as a financial and banking channel for all types of individuals and businesses. Internet banking services are helping customers own financial resources anytime, anywhere. Moreover, the research results showed that there were 300 commercial bank customers who interviewed and answered about 14 questions. The Data collected from 05/06/2016 to 15/06/2017 in Ho Chi Minh City. The researcher had analyzed Cronbach’s alpha, KMO test, the result of KMO analysis used for multiple regression analysis. The research results were processed from SPSS 20.0 software. Finally, the researcher has recommendations supporting the sustainable development of internet banking services at commercial banks in Ho Chi Minh City.

Determinants Affecting the Effectiveness of Risk Management of Commercial Banks in Dong Nai Province (Published)

Risk management is the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks followed by coordinated and economical application of resources to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events or to maximize the realization of opportunities. Risk management’s objective is to assure uncertainty does not deflect the endeavor from the business goals. The objectives of this study are to identify the factors that affecting the effectiveness of risk management of commercial banks in Dong Nai province. The data analysis for this study is a quantitative type. Moreover, the results provided an insight of the effectiveness of risk management from 350 customers related to commercial banks in Dong Nai province. The regression analysis result showed that there were five factors that included of factors following the procedure (Pr), the communication (Co), the technology (Te), the Human Resource development (Hr) and the organization structure (Or) affecting the effectiveness of risk management of commercial banks in Dong Nai province with significance level of five percent. In addition, the study results showed that there were 350 customers who interviewed and answered about 29 questions. The Data collected from November 2016 to April 2017. This study had been analyzed Cronbach’s Alpha, KMO testing and the result of KMO testing used for the research method of the regression. Customers’ responses measured through an adapted questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale following; conventions: 1: Completely disagree, 2: Disagree, 3: Normal; 4: Agree; 5: completely agree. Hard copy and online questionnaire distributed among 50.500 customers of the commercial banks.

Factors Affecting the Building Of Accounting Work In Public Sectors in Dong Nai Province (Published)

Accounting information is essential for managers to set strategies and business decisions. Therefore, if wrong accounting information will lead to inappropriate management decisions, the business may be in a difficult situation. Besides, a strong accounting system must be clear accounting books, thorough analysis will help the executive make effective business decisions. On the other hand, clear accounting books and the tax settlement for the authorities will quickly, saving time, create favorable conditions for production and business. Accounting only occurs when people engage in business and exchange. This makes sense, if we want to do business with each other in any kind of organization; we need a system to track all transactions and its transitions. And that’s why accounting is needed. This study results showed that there were 350 accounting managers of public sectors in Dong Nai province who interviewed and answered about 13 questions. Data collected from November 2016 to June 2017 for accounting managers of public sectors in Dong Nai province. The study had been analyzed Cronbach’s Alpha, KMO test, and the result of KMO analysis used for multiple regression analysis. Accounting managers’ responses measured through an adapted questionnaire on a 5-point Likert scale (Conventions: 1: Completely disagree, 2: Disagree, 3: Normal; 4: Agree; 5: completely agree). Hard copy and online questionnaire distributed among 1.000 accounting managers of public sectors (PS) in Dong Nai province. In addition, the exploratory factor analysis (EFA) results showed that there were two factors, which included of factor following human resource management factor (X1) and facility management factor (X2) with significance level 5 percent. In addition, all of two components affecting the building of the accounting work of public sectors (PS) in Dong Nai province with significance level 5 percent. The research results processed from SPSS 20.0 software.
