Status of Technologies in Business Education Departments of Tertiary Institutions in Ebonyi State for Effective Integration of Electronic Learning (Published)
The study was conducted to assess status of technologies in business education departments of tertiary institutions in Ebonyi state for effective integration of electronic learning. Two purposes of study and corresponding research questions provided guide for the study. Two hypotheses were tested in the study. The population was 37 business education lecturers and 748 Business Education Students in three tertiary institutions that offer Business Education programmes. All the business education lecturers and 486 Business Education students were used. This gave a sample size of 523. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire titled “Integrating e-learning into Business Education Programs (IEBEP)”, which consists of 39 literature-based items meant to elicit information from the respondents. The reliability of the instrument was ensured by using Cronbach alpha reliability computation which yielded a co-efficient index of 0.98. A total of 523 copies of the instrument were administered to the respondents but 522 were correctly filled and returned. Mean, standard deviation and t-test statistical techniques were used to analyze the data that emerged from the study and the hypotheses tested at 0.05 alpha level. Results from the data analyzed showed that most computer equipment needed for integration of e-learning are available in business education departments, most computer networks are lacking in business education department. It was recommended, among others, that government and the school management should upgrade computer resources in Business Education departments

Since the beginning of human , man trying to accomplishment and progress in effort has been spared and always trying to find the best, easiest, fastest, most cost-effective and … ways for this. Human knowledge is regarded by governments and nations .This century have most advances in science and technology , and obviously, despite this progress, face to face communication can’t answering to community needs training and knowledge transfer ,thus ,new ways of communication are required. Rapid advances in technology and media and the rapid spread of information and communication technologies, change the nature of how and why the place and time of learning and the emergence of a new type of learning is called e-learning. E-learning has evolved combination of traditional methods of teaching and learning using information technology that, the early twenty-first century as the preferred method of learning in an era of knowledge is introduced. The important step in development of E-Learning is learning capabilities and behavior of individuals and their attitudes. To increase the effectiveness of the training should increase awareness on this issue.to train people must to be use of engineering methods .so ,at first we must to specify the individual learning needs in various age and various groups of people and then prioritizing and planning. It is the responsibility of educating engineers.
OBSTACLES OF USING ELECTRONIC LEARNING IN UNIVERSITY INSTITUTIONS/ EXPLORATORY STUDY IN BAGHDAD UNIVERSITY (Published)
The research aims is to diagnose the obstacles that face using electronic learning in institutions related to Baghdad university through reconnoitering a point of view from teaching stuff to taling (150) individuals, and adopted from as a key tool to collect the data and information, then analyzed their answers by using the basic components method.The research concluded to: 1. a variation in obstacles influence degree in using electronic learning in university institutions and its rate contribution in variation was (79.55%).2. Obstacles order was descending (common challenges, technologies and technical skills, teaching stuff personality the absence of vision and resistance to change student personal skills and finally infrastructure obstacles).3. There are differences in researched samples responses towards the obstacles of using electronic learning according (place of work, specialization)
