Managing Students’ Aggressive Behaviour in Physical Education Practical Lessons; The Teacher’s Role (Published)
The study examined the managerial approaches towards the aggressive behaviour exhibited by the Basic School Pupils in the Offinso South municipality of Ghana. The stratified and purposive sampling techniques were used to sampled (21) Teachers, and thirty two (32) pupils over a period of four weeks from four (4) Primary Schools. Anecdotal Record technique and questionnaires were the instruments used to gather data on the various respondents. The research revealed that there were some Aggressive Behaviours keep increasing in the physical education practical lessons. Evidence from the data suggested that a total of seven (7) aggressive behaviours were exhibited by pupils. Behaviours such as kicking, biting, verbal attacks, and Noise making were recorded as the most frequently occurring aggressive behaviours. Punishments and redirection of children’s attention were the most approaches used by teachers. It is recommended that teachers should enforce the Ghana Education Service code of discipline for Primary Schools but in some situations, they have to be allowed to use their own discretions to decide the type of punishments to be meted out to pupils.

A way to analyse the tenets of English Language in terms of learning and teaching and process of developing skills in English Language to the non- native speakers (Published)
Language is just like an effluent river. It is a medium of communication which needs to have some approaches in both learning and teaching procedure , which are the combination of so many components and factors. Actually, a language comes through evolution which is adapted through different sorts of changes and changeling over the years. After coming into certain structure, language may be a bit stable and then , the way of learning and teaching becomes volatile due the cultural variation , its wide use and different usage as a tool of connecting language and increasing popularity across the world . Likewise , English language has come across a long way through its wide use and acceptance around the world . But the acquisition of Language to the non -native English speaking is variable due to level of accomplishment in the aforesaid language. In this article a focus is given on the utility and efficacy of approaches , methods and techniques in accordance with decisive factors under the aegis of ambience to improve the skills in English language. The article also describes some internal linguistic ways and means to learn a language with the function of the intrinsic and extrinsic faculties which is to be experimented and justified to have a greater accomplishment in the projected language

Evidence from the data suggested that a total of seven (7) aggressive behaviours were exhibited by pupils. Multiple regression analyses have been deployed to test the hypothesized relationship and the Results revealed that aggression had significant negative effects on students’ physical performances. Also, there is significant relationship between the teachers managerial approach with regards to pupils’ aggressive behaviour in Offinso south municipality Basic Schools. Behaviours such as kicking, biting, verbal attacks, and Noise making were recorded as the most frequently occurring aggressive behaviours. Punishments and redirection of children’s attention were the most approaches used by teachers. It is recommended that teachers should enforce the Ghana Education Service code of discipline for Basic Schools but in some situations, they have to be allowed to use their own discretions to decide the type of treatment that is necessary to be meted out to pupils.

International Financial Reporting Standards: Rules Based Approach or Principles Based Approach (Published)
The reason of the study is to evaluate and converse about the good and in depth approach to develop the IFRS. This study covers the importance of the different approaches to develop the IFRS, the effect of rules whether they have some good effects on the development of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) or have weaknesses in this regard. In opposition to the approach of rules these papers covers the explanation about the approach of principles and their complete and in detail effect on the development of IFRS. This research essay covers-a lot of secondary sources which provides many arguments about the IFRSs . In this study we will discuss the importance of some of the necessary factors to develop the IFRS which are very important for almost all the business. The research covers the details in the favor of each approach and also provides the weaknesses of each approach. The different arguments and discussions made by different writers arc-included in this essay that arc written and discusses by them on different occasions. Each writer has his own arguments in the same situation and gives better guidance to make the conclusion about the approach that is better to develop the IFRS.

Community Development and Preservation of Heritage Resources in Igbo Area of Nigeria (Review Completed - Accepted)
Many heritage sites abound in the shores of Nigeria with enormous tourism potentials. Heritage sites do not only depict the cultural and historical transmutation of a people but also functions in the image design and promotion of a locality. This reveals the unique role of heritage sites to structural development of an area. Heritage sites have of recent been a victim of degradation and social abuse arising from seasonal ignorance; hence minimizing its potentials to the socio-economic development of an area. Previous studies have worked on sustaining and preserving heritage sites both for posterity, culture and identity promotion, and tourism through various means including legislations, policies, architectural design, etc. This paper is emphasizing on the adoption of community development approaches in heritage preservation in Igbo area. Its modalities, applications, challenges and prospect were discussed. Such understanding will serve as a catalyst in aiding general restoration and preservation of heritage sites in Nigeria and other African states.
