International Journal of Learning and Development (IJELD) is an international forum for reporting high-quality empirical and original research contributions for the benefit of researchers and practitioners. The journal is run by the European Centre for Research, Training and Development, United Kingdom, and provides an international forum for discussion and debate, critical importance of individual, team and organizational learning as well as development to a wide range of economic, political and social concerns and promotes the theory and practice of Learning and Development in Social Sciences. In addition, the scope of the journal extends to innovation in learning and in both open and distance learning to enhance social and economic development. This will include interventions that change social and/or economic relations. The journal is crucial for everyone involved in personnel, training and human resource development.
