Process of Boosting the Image of Teachers in Nigeria for Good Job Performance

Abstract

The paper x-rayed the process of boosting the image of teachers in Nigeria for good job performance. It started with the preamble on the importance of education and the nature of teacher education programme in Nigeria. The paper further looked at the image impression created about teachers and the teaching process. Finally, the paper highlighted the process of boosting the image of teachers in Nigeria, the obvious challenges and the way forward.
