International Journal of Learning and Development (IJELD) is an international forum for reporting high-quality empirical and original research contributions for the benefit of researchers and practitioners. The journal is run by the European Centre for Research, Training and Development, United Kingdom, and provides an international forum for discussion and debate, critical importance of individual, team and organizational learning as well as development to a wide range of economic, political and social concerns and promotes the theory and practice of Learning and Development in Social Sciences.
