The author distributed the questionnaire to (96) owners of these organizations, who were taken as the study sample, which was selected through a simple random manner. The results of the study indicated that the private sector in the area produces products that realize self-sufficiency of the area population. This sector further has an effective role in reducing unemployment, finding job opportunities for the Saudi citizen, increasing his income, and contributing to the realization of the social security in the area. Most importantly, the projects of this sector are mainly environment friendly.
