Abstract
Diversity is very important contemporary issue in the life of the organization with the growing diversification in race, gender, age, background, origin, and other individual characteristics of employees. The impact of employee diversity on performance is uncertain. The impact of diversity can be positive, negative, or neutral. In this article, it is suggested that the type of findings to investigate the impact of employee diversity on their performance. The variables included in the model are perception, personality and informational diversity that can cause conflicts and impacts the performance of an employee which affects the productivity of an employee. The study is conducted on employees of the private banks of Islamabad. Three hypotheses are drawn from model and the study is concluded with the help of the data provided by the bank employee regarding the topic.
