The Impact of Electronic Knowledge Management on Developing the Performance of (HR) in Jordan

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the impact of electronic knowledge management on developing the performance of human resources in the Islamic International Arab Bank in Jordan, and the extent to which individuals working in it perceive the importance of electronic knowledge management, The study is based on the descriptive and analytical method. The study population consisted of all workers at the various administrative levels in the Arab Islamic International Bank in Jordan in all its branches, which were (55) branches, and (500) employees. And (226) questionnaires were valid for analysis ,The results of the study showed that there is a correlation between electronic knowledge management and the performance of human resources in the bank, as it came at a high level, and the dimensions of electronic knowledge management in the bank came at a high level as well. The results of the study showed that the performance of human resources as a whole was at a high level, through the application of electronic knowledge management processes and a standard for measuring performance and the components of developing the performance of human resources, with the need to create a department specialized in electronic knowledge management to develop knowledge and develop the performance of individuals.
