CHINESE LANDSCAPE DESIGNER SATISFACTION SURVEY AND ANALYSIS

Abstract

With the rapid rise of landscape design in China, a lot of management problems gradually appeared and restricted the sustainable development of this industry. This paper made descriptive analysis of the status quo of China’s landscape industry and landscape human resources. A representative large-scale landscape design company in South China is selected to make satisfaction survey and put forward suggestions in the improvement in terms of human resource management, so as to provide reference to the same industry in China.
